incredible resource for someone interested in the mobile food truck industry

for anyone interested in getting into the food truck industry, i would get your hands on this book. ive checked out from the public library, food truck for dummies and idiots guide to a food truck. i purchased this book because i believe it is head and shoulders above the other two.
This was written by a guy with the EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE of the culinary industry, running a food truck (the rolling grill) and cooking competition bbq. it is VERY obvious that he did a TON of research in writing this book and covers everything except his new spice rub =-)
