Philippe Le Billon is Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Liu Institute for Global Issues at the University of British Columbia. A former Research Associate at the International Institute for Strategic Studies and the Overseas Development Institute, he also worked with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the World Institute for Development Economics Research, and the International Development Research Centre.

Waste of money. $46 for an 82 page book. Don't waste your money. It's not groundbreaking work. If you need it, rent it from a library. It's a ripoff.
