Outstanding book for those interested in the world of materiality

This is a must have book to incursion into the world of innovative materials after further understanding traditional construction materials. As a book reviewer I bought this one as a reference guide as Author Blaine Brownell is one of the rare Architects interested specifically on the topic of materiality in Architecture and not a Material Scientist. I encourage anyone interested in disrupting construction technology with the purpose of designing with integrity and innovation. Disruptive technology is a term Brownell broadly uses on this book as it is an important term that surrounds Materials Strategies in Architecture.

This book discuss the material approach in architecture design. It helps me to get better idea in think about digital design and fabrication. I can tell that this book is import and to cover the whole idea of digital design and fabrication...
The size of book is small that you easily can use it everywhere. Good quality. some times you feel the pics are small, but in general it has variety of image sizes and qualities. It is not the ultimate one, but I like to have it in my library.
